Do you struggle holding plank, lowering through chatarunga without collapsing and moving in to inversions feeling strong and safe? Or are you a yoga teacher who would like to learn how to more efficiently teach chatarunga, headstand and other asanas requiring a depth of strength?
This workshop is facilitated by husband and wife team Tim Almond yoga teacher, Exercise Therapist, Senior instructor with StrongFirst and the director of Hardstyle Method personal training studio and Alexandra Almond, yoga, meditation and embodiment teacher and owner of Yoga Sita. It is suitable for all levels of experience.
Tim will take us through the basic components essential to developing strength in ALL aspects of your practice. Specifically focusing on plank, chatarunga and headstand. You will learn the fundamentals of creating strength in your body which you can take in to your regular classes. This knowledge will allow you to move with more ease and less struggle enhancing the overall experience and enjoyment of your physical yoga practice.
Alex will then finish with an enjoyable yoga flow and relaxation practice incorporating everything we have learnt with Tim.
