A flowing class where breath & movement are linked to create meditation in motion. Classes will incorporate a variety of yoga postures from simple to challenging, pranayama (breath work), relaxation & meditation techniques. Different variations & options are offered during class to cater for all levels.
A similar class to Vinyasa Flow but with a slower, calmer vibe. Slow Flow is offered on Monday mornings, a great way to ease in to your week ahead or a class to take if you are looking for something more gentle.
Yin yoga targets the connective tissues in the body, releasing deep held tensions by holding supported postures for extended periods of time. Restorative yoga targets the nervous system allowing deep relaxation & restoration. A class to soothe, comfort & rest the body, mind & soul.
A perfect class for the regular practitioner looking to improve their foundations or for a beginner who is just commencing their yoga journey. Yoga postures, pranayama, meditation & yogic philosophy will be broken down and taught at a slower pace & in greater detail.
